Back to Single Origin
Grown high in the Segovia mountains at around 4,100 feet, this coffee is mild, drinkable and well balanced. We have visited farms and growers in this beautiful region and love the coffee produced in this specific area of Nicaragua. It has mild acidity with notes of almond, creamy milk chocolate and a touch of citrus. We drop this roast just before second crack and take it to a medium roast. Overall a great cup of coffee!
